Acieeed! DJ S.A.R.C.A.S.T.I.C. and DJ InYourFace are the Montreal duo behind the all-vinyl Acid Dreams night, which recently celebrated its 7th anniversary. This cromulent 12" marks the first release on Postreality Records, DJ InYourFace's fancy new label. POSTREAL001 is an acidic 5-song EP that aims to solve all of the world's problems, and mostly succeeds.

On the A side, DJ S.A.R.C.A.S.T.I.C. delivers two pure, pounding acid belters. "On The Dancefloor" features original vocals, can you imagine? No, you have to buy the record. And "Long-Chain Fatty Acid" was probably inspired by his day job where he corrects scientific papers. He probably saw the term and thought "Hmm, how clever for a song title". And here we are.

Side B feature three eclectic, acid-tinged tracks by DJ InYourFace. "Ghetto Guitar Acid" is exactly what it promises, while the ridiculously-titled electro track "Chu Jeune Chu Cool Je Vape" reveals his French-Canadian origins. Finally, "Leave The Ways" is his attempt at being deep, a goal attained through intricate drum programming and some type of goshdarn flute preset.

Postreality Records guarantees all 5 tracks to be gluten-free, certified organic and sustainably-sourced. And for every copy sold, DJ InYourFace will drink 100% of a beer, while DJ S.A.R.C.A.S.T.I.C. gasps audibly.
